At their 1389^th meeting, on 25 November, the Ministers’ Deputies took note of the Secretary General’s 22^nd consolidated report on the conflict in Georgia. They also approved an Action Plan designed to provide assistance to the Republic of Moldova for the period 2021-2024 [more information …] and took note of a report on the Council of Europe’s co-operation activities in Kosovo.* All reference to Kosovo, whether the territory, institutions or population, in this text shall be understood in full compliance with United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 and without prejudice to the status of Kosovo.
 
The Deputies heard a communication from Mr Rik Daems, President of the Parliamentary Assembly, on the Standing Committee meeting of 20 November 2020. They also held exchanges of views with:

• Mr Giuseppe Palmisano, Chair of the European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR); and
•  Ms Marie Hagsgård, Acting President of the Advisory Committee of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities. The Deputies also took note of the Advisory Committee’s 12^th activity report covering the period from 1 June 2018 to 31 May 2020 [more information…].

Finally, the Deputies adopted 21 resolutions on the application of the European Code of Social Security and its Protocol for the period 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019.
