Statute of the Pension Reserve Fund of the Council of Europe

The Management Board is currently composed of the following members:*

four specialists with expertise in the management of investment funds nominated by the Committee of Ministers on the proposal of member states:

• Mr George Pumffrey, on the proposal of the United Kingdom, for a term of office from 31 May 2023 to 30 May 2026 (CM/Del/Dec(2023)1464/11.1)
• Mr Patrick Uelfeti, on the proposal of Switzerland, for a term of office from 22 November 2023 to 21 November 2026 (CM/Del/Dec(2023)1464/11.1)
• Mr Douglas Heron, on the proposal of the United Kingdom, for a term of office from 24 April 2024 to 23 April 2027 (CM/Del/Dec(2024)1496/11.2)
• Mr Sigurd Klakeg, on the proposal of Norway, for a term of office from 11 September 2024 until 10 September 2027 (CM/Del/Dec(2024)1496/11.2)

one person nominated by the Committee of Ministers on the proposal of the Secretary General:

• Ms Alison Sidebottom, for a term of appointment until 23 May 2027 (CM/Del/Dec(2021)1401/11.2, CM/Del/Dec(2024)1496/11.2)

one person nominated by the Committee of Ministers on the proposal of the Staff Committee:

• Mr Yannick Troadec, for a new term of office of three years from 24 May 2022 to 23 May 2025 (CM/Del/Dec(2022)1429/11.1)
• Mr Guray Vural, for a term of office of three years beginning on 24 May 2025 until 23 May 2028 (CM/Del/Dec(2025)1522/11.1)
