Rapporteur Groups are open to all delegations wishing to take part in the activities, to the European Union and to states enjoying observer status with the CM. Their members are permanent representatives or their deputies. They are assisted by the Secretariat (and, where necessary, the Chair or members of committees of experts).
There are currently 7 Rapporteur Groups.
The documents of former groups may be consulted via the search tool by selecting the group under the "Corporate author" filter.
