The CDADI works under the authority of the Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers.
The Committee of Ministers has established four committees of experts for which the CDADI bears (co)responsibility. The CDADI has, in addition, set up several working groups. 

 


 

The CDADI is electing each year its Chair and Vice-Chair as well as three additional Bureau members (two for a mandate of two years, and one for a one-year mandate). The Expert Committees elect a Chair and Vice-Chair, also for a mandate of one year.
