In the framework of the Italian Presidency of the Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers, this high-level event on promoting equality and combatting all forms of discrimination was organised on 17 March 2022 in Rome by the Italian authorities at the fifth meeting of the Steering Committee on Anti-Discrimination, Diversity, and Inclusion (CDADI).

During this high-level event, the CDADI observations on the consequences of the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine were presented that the Steering Committee had adopted during its fifth meeting.
