The fourth workshop of CEFR Online Workshop Series 2022 entitled “The action-oriented approach: From theory to practice" took place on Friday, 6 May 2022.
The workshop focused on the concept of action-oriented scenarios and their possible applications to the teaching and learning of languages. There was a presentation of the main characteristics of the Action-oriented Approach (AoA) and theoretical aspects that fed into it followed by break out sessions. In the first breakout session participants reflected together upon core aspects of the AoA, Then, in a second breakout session, participants first examined a scenario in detail and then tried their hand at elaborating a scenario.
