The sixth webinar of CEFR Webinar Series 2021 entitled "Developing meaningful tasks for teaching, learning and assessment with the action-oriented approach" took place on 6 October 2021.
The webinar focused on the development of meaningful tasks when applying the action-oriented approach to teaching, learning and assessment in Higher Education and vocational training.
The webinar was moderated by Johann Fischer. Dr Fischer is the Director of ZESS (Centre for Languages and Transferable Skills) at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen and the Head of UNIcert. He is former Secretary General and President of CercleS and currently board member of AKS and member of the CLES Scientific Committee. He is one of the founders of NULTE. His research focuses on the implementation of the CEFR, task-based teaching & assessment, transferable skills development, staff development and change management. He has been coordinator of European projects with the European Commission and the ECML and currently coordinates the ECML Project “CEFR Companion Volume Implementation Toolbox – VITbox”.
