Registration of all participants who are neither Congress members nor invited guest speakers (including members’ advisors, assistants, Congress partners, members of national associations, members of NGOs and members of the public) will close on 4 October 2024 at 18.00 CET. After this date it will not be possible to attend the session in person. It will be possible to follow the session via webcast. The link will be made available on the session page.

To register for the Congress meetings and/or sessions, you will need to connect to your personal Congress Connect account and fill in the online forms.
Your username is by default the Email address that you provided to the Table Office when registering as a Congress member.

Airport shuttles during the sessions
The City of Strasbourg provides an airport shuttle service to and from the following airports for Congress members:
- Baden-Karlsruhe (www.badenairpark.de)
- Stuttgart (www.flughafen-stuttgart.de)
- Frankfurt am Main (www.frankfurt-airport.de)
- Basel-Mulhouse (www.euroairport.com)

To book a shuttle, Congress members are invited to create a personal account and complete the online form:
Management by the delegation secretaries
Delegation secretaries have access to create accounts and manage transportation requests for each member of their delegation.
Assistance during the sessions
During the sessions, Congress members can also contact the City of Strasbourg staff members present at the Palais de l'Europe, in the main hall.

Take advantage of your registration to update your personal information on Congress Connect
The Table Office Service provides help, where appropriate, to Congress members, their advisors and Secretaries of national delegations in obtaining the necessary visas. To make a request for visa documents, you must first register online.
