The Council of Europe and it’s office in the Republic of Moldova, within the framework of the Project “Further Strengthening the prison and probation systems, provision of health care and treatment of patients in closed institutions in the Republic of Moldova”, are launching a competitive bidding procedure to select national consultants for the provision of short-term consultancy services.
Areas of the expertise are the following: prison management, rehabilitation of offenders, probation, provision of health care (including mental health care) in prisons and treatment of patients in psychiatric institutions (including forensic patients).
