On 7 January 2025, the Kingdom of Netherlands accepted the Convention on laundering, search, seizure and confiscation of the proceeds from crime and on the financing of terrorism (CETS 198) for Curaçao. The Convention will enter into force in respect of Curaçao on 1 May 2025.
