United Kingdom accepted the CETS 198 for Gibraltar
On 4 March 2025, the United Kingdom extended its ratification of the Convention on laundering, search, seizure and confiscation of the proceeds from crime and on the financing of terrorism (CETS 198) to Gibraltar. The Convention will enter into force in respect of Gibraltar on 1 July 2025.
