On 16 and 17 May, the Economic Crime and Cooperation Division held consultative meetings with relevant institutions in the economic crime area with regard to next phase of Project against Economic Crime in Kosovo*. Considering the satisfaction of beneficiaries with the impact of the Council of Europe support provided through PECK II project, as well as expressed interest by the European Union Delegation in Pristina, the meetings served as a forum for discussing the needs of beneficiaries in relation to both anti-corruption and anti-money laundering and combating financing of terrorism areas. An additional meeting was held with international donors in the field in order to coordinate and avoid overlap in implementation of activities.
