Some 80 participants discussed the systemic problems of entrepreneurship during a series of seminars held on 21-22 October 2015 in Moscow. The 5th Steering Committee meeting of the PRECOP RF project took place on 23 October 2015 at the Federal Business Ombudsman’s Office in Moscow. The members of the Steering Committee reiterated the strong support for the project and its outcomes to date. On this occasion, as all activities of the work plan have been delivered, a preliminary evaluation of the outcomes of the project was presented. The project Closing Conference will take place on 11 December 2015 in Moscow.
