In the framework of Workplan activities, Council of Europe gathered representatives of the National Bar Association, Chartered accountantss federation, staff of the Tunisian Anti-corruptioon Agency and public administration to discuss basic concepts of anti-corruption.

This training seminar was held with contributions of Council of Europe Experts Dr Tilman Hoppe and Dr Valts Kalnins. At this occasion, participants could also discuss the current situation aiming the adoption of code of ethics for lawyers and  auxiliaires de justice. Me Marie-Françoise Dubuffet, administrator of the French and German-speaking bar associations of Belgium could present recent works aiming the adoption of the recent update of the code of deontology and professional obligations to combat money-laundering and terrorism financing.
