A multistakeholder workshop on the development of a methodology for corruption proofing of legislation was held with Moroccan authorities in Rabat on 21 January 2016. The activity aimed to reach interagency agreement for the development and application of corruption-proofing methods at the different levels of the legislative process. CoE expert Mr. Francesco Clementucci presented good practices of CoE member-states in this area. Following the Workshop, a draft methodology to be considered by Moroccan authorities will be developed.
