- Administrative body of the village of Fabero (Léon, Castile and León).
Pozo Julia, whose construction began in 1947, belonged to the Company Antracitas de Fabero. In 2007 the municipality of Fabero took over the plant, restored the preserved surface installations with their machinery and equipment and set up a signposted circuit for visitors.
Pozo Julia is an Individual Site of the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
