- Description
- The Itsasmuseum Bilbao (former Ría de Bilbao Maritime Museum) is located on the former site of the outbuildings of the Euskalduna shipyard. Its purpose is to preserve and present the history, culture, and identity of the men and women who have lived on and from the sea in Bilbao and Biscay, areas with a strong maritime tradition.
The Itsasmuseum Bilbao is an Individual Site of the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
