Description

Museum of Sør-Trøndelag AS is network of museum consisting of 9 institution with a total of 24 visitor sites.
The Orkla Industrial Museum runs the Thamshavn railway as a museum and the Gammel mine as a show mine, in a community which developed during more than 300 years of mining industry.
The Orkla Industrial Museum is an Individual Site of the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
