Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC)
The Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organisation (BSEC) is a regional international organization focusing on multilateral initiatives aimed at fostering cooperation and stability among its 13 member States in the Black Sea Region.
The Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organisation includes the following member States: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.
BSEC was granted “Participative Status” with the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe (EPA) in 2021.
