On 14 February 2025, the Permanent Representative of Albania to the Council of Europe, transmitted to the Secretary general Albania’s instrument of ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on Offenses relating to Cultural Property.

This latest ratification brings the total number to 7, in addition to the other 7 member States that have simply signed it for the time being.
