A group of experts will meet on 2 December in Paris and will analyse the results of the 3rd Council of Europe Platform Exchange on Culture and Digitisation " Culture 4D: Digitisation, Data, Disruptions, Diversity", (Tallinn, 29-30 September 2016) to prepare policy guidelines in view of enhancing the Council of Europe's work on the Internet of Citizens.
