Alexandra is managing the financial unit of Cybercrime Programme Office based in Bucharest. She joined the Council of Europe in 2014 when the Cybercrime Programme Office has started and within the last 10 years she was in charge with the financial management of all projects implemented by the office. Before joining, she has been working on various social economy projects in partnership with a diverse set of stakeholders including International Organisations (Council of Europe, the United Nations Development Programme), Government Agencies (Romanian Government General Secretariat, Department for Interethnic Relations) and the private sector (Vodafone Romania).
Alexandra holds a Master’s degree in international business and economics with a specialisation in Management of International Projects and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
