ISCR, the International Symposium on Cybercrime Response is organised annually since 2000 by the Korean National Police Agency. The 2019 edition held in Seoul, Korea gathered participants representing law enforcement agencies from some 80 countries, and also representatives from a number of international organizations, private sector and academia.

The T-CY was invited as a speaker with a presentation on “The Cybercrime Convention and its Role in the Global Fight Against Cybercrime”.

Dialogue between authorities of the Republic of Korea and the T-CY representation was also developed, namely regarding the accession of Korea to the Budapest Convention.

This activity was organized joining resources with Cybercrime@Octopus project.
