On the 3rd of March 2022, the CyberSouth project delivered an online workshop for the Jordanian authorities on the development of a domestic toolkit for first responders to cybercrime investigations.
In the given international context, strengthening of criminal justice capacities to fight cybercrime is more relevant than ever.
The overall objective of the activity was to further enhance the competence and skills of national law enforcement officials as first responders when dealing with cybercrime investigations.
The Jordanian participants had the opportunity to better understand the international standards and good practices and preliminary steps to be taken by the first responders when receiving complaints from victims of cybercrimes, through the presentation of the Guide for first responders to cybercrime investigations.
