Erica O’Neil is the Assistant Deputy Chief for Computer Crime at the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section (“CCIPS”), part of the Criminal Division at the U.S. Department of Justice. She has served in that role since 2016. Prior to her time at CCIPS, Ms. O’Neil served as an U.S. federal prosecutor for 16 years, including six as a supervisor of criminal cases.
