The Co-operation Programmes Division of the Directorate General of Human Rights and Rule of Law is currently seeking consultants with expertise in the following fields:
- LOT 1 – Functioning of prosecution services and law enforcement agencies
- LOT 2 – Human rights safeguards in criminal proceedings
- LOT 3 – Humanisation of criminal justice, resocialisation and restorative justice
- LOT 4 – International Humanitarian Law and International Criminal Law
- LOT 5 – Forensics (criminalistics)
- LOT 6 – Collection, preservation, and use of evidence, including electronic evidence in criminal proceedings
- LOT 7 – Legal remedies for victims of war/war-related crimes and damages caused by war
The pool of experts will be formed and used in the implementation of the Division’s activities, potentially until the end of 2027.
