L’École des Officiers de la Gendarmerie Nationale (EOGN) from Senegal, in cooperation with the EU and the Council of Europe through the GLACY+ project, organized a five day training on cybercrime matters and electronic evidence gathering for officers across the African continent.
The training took place for the second consecutive year, with the aim of impacting as many countries as possible.
A total of fifty-four Gendarmerie officers from seventeen African countries benefitted from the course and will now go on to transmit this newly acquired knowledge to the first responders in their respective countries.
