Back Malabo and Budapest Convention: Towards complementarity

A GLACY+ study comparing the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime and the African Union's Malabo Convention on Cyber Security and Data Protection underscores "the complementarity of both treaties. Representatives of 18 African States and of the African Union Commission discussed follow up during the recent Octopus Conference at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg (16-18 November 2016).
