The Committee of Convention 108 opened its 41st plenary session on Monday 28 June, for three days, remotely.
Over 150 participants from States Parties to Convention 108 and observers to the Committee of all parts of the world met virtually to discuss and work on topical subjects concerning data protection, finalise important documents and contribute to the elaboration of politics.
The Committee had the honour to welcome Ms Fiorella Salazar Rojas, Minister of Justice and Peace of Costa Rica for an exchange of views.
The Committee will continue its work on the crucial themes included in its work programme on digital identity, the processing of personal data by organisations in charge of political campaigns, automatic transfers of data, etc.
