The Bureau of the Committee of Convention 108 held its 59th meeting in Paris from 27 to 29 September 2023. It concentrated on the interpretation of Article 11 of the modernised Convention, as well as on the 2nd module of the model contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data and the draft Guidelines on the processing of sensitive personal data for the purposes of voter registration and authentication. The Bureau also held an exchange of views on the state of play of implementation of the T-PD work plan for 2022-2025 and decided to start working on data protection in the context of neurosciences.
