Modernisation of Convention 108 Scientific Expert: Ms Cécile de Terwangne, Professor Law Faculty, CRIDS Research Director, Namur University (FUNDP) Required action: The Bureau will examine the working document to be examined at the forthcoming and last CAHDATA meeting (1-3 December 2014) in order to agree on the position of the T-PD Bureau on the proposals.
