In the framework of South Programme III project “Ensuring Sustainable Democratic Governance and Human Rights in the Southern Mediterranean", the Council of Europe participated in the organization of a conference "Digital privacy: issues and perspectives" organized by the National Control Commission for the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP) of Morocco at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Fez on Monday, 28 January 2019.

- Protection of personal data in the world and in Morocco
- Social networks and democracy
- Social networks and risks to the privacy of young people.
The purpose of this conference was to highlight the importance of the subject and the necessary involvement of all major intellectual institutions in the country in raising awareness of the population as well as the training of actors in the field.
