Civil society representatives from Armenia and Azerbaijan, met on 8-9 December 2022 in Tbilisi at the initiative of the Council of Europe to discuss ways to develop young journalists’ skills on balanced reporting on sensitive issues. This meeting was organized in the framework of the Council of Europe’s confidence building program and was a follow up of the exploratory meeting organised earlier in the year, in Venice on 16-19 May 2022.

Participants were accompanied by reporters covering conflicts as well as professors of journalism from France, Georgia and Israel.
