In the framework of the Council of Europe Confidence Building measures, A group of historians and archives professionals from Tbilisi and Sukhum/i met physically for the first time since the beginning of the sanitary crisis, in Istanbul on 7– 8 February. 

They discussed the finalisation of on-going projects, notably the three-volume publication on Mukhajirstvo/Makhajirstvo and a explored themes for future projects. A follow-up meeting is foreseen for late spring.
