Educators across Europe can benefit from a new online training programme to explore ways in which they can actively involve their learners in beating cyberbullying.
“Cyberbullying” is part of a series of online courses on digital citizenship education developed in close co-operation with the European Wergeland Centre.
The course explores the following questions:
- What is cyberbullying and how to understand that it is happening?
- What to do when it is happening?
- How to prevent cyberbullying when you teach your lessons?
Through this online course, educators will have the opportunity to work together with fellow professionals and look at ways in which they can actively involve their learners in addressing this modern form of bullying. The course aims at supporting educators to plan learning experiences addressing cyberbullying, that will engage and empower students to become active citizens in a world dominated by digital technology.
