Project: SOCIAL FOCUS GROUP AND  EXHIBITION

About the project

The project will consist of two main activities:

• Social Focus Group – which will be about creating a research document, mapping youth needs, organising seminars and workshops about social rights. There will also be a meeting with local government representatives to promote cooperation between local authorities and young people. The group will focus on dialogue about access to formal and non-formal education and will consist of meetings with students from schools in vulnerable neighbourhoods and conversations about social rights.
• Exhibition-Workshop on Social Rights and International Youth Projects will consist of presentation of ENTER and talk of other youth projects in which participation and involvement are important for raising awareness and engagement of local youth in activities. It will lead to increasing access to social rights and non-formal education for young people from disadvantaged areas.

Target groups for both activities are young people from disadvantaged areas, youth leaders, local young people, decision makers from Tsalenjikha Municipality, and all people from Youth Sector.

 About Sopio

Sopio is a senior specialist of the Department of Youth Affairs and Education of the local self-government in Tsalenjikha Municipality, planning and implementation of youth and educational projects.
