7th ETINED Plenary Session (2023)
The ETINED Plenary served as a platform for in-depth discussions and deliberations aimed at countering fraud in education. Participants engaged in conversations ranging from policy formulation to practical implementation, promising innovative solutions and strategies to safeguard the integrity of education systems. Some key agenda items included:
- Discussion on a project focusing on student awareness of education fraud and on establishing an observatory/monitoring mechanism to counter education fraud;
- AI's impact on education and its potential to increase education fraud;
- Strategies to counter and trace education fraud;
- Recent international and national developments in education integrity.
The ETINED Plenary marked a significant step toward fortifying the foundations of education across member States.
Throughout the event, participants emphasised the importance of maintaining transparency and integrity in education systems, ensuring they empower future generations.
