On 29 March, the Executive Secretary of EUR-OPA Major Hazards Agreement participated in the 5th International Conference on Civil Protection & Science organised  by the Observatory of Civil Protection & Safety and ISEC Lisboa - Higher Institute of Education and Sciences, where he delivered a statement. Sustainability, Civil Protection and Community Security were the main themes discussed at the Conference. The event was open to the academic community, managers, technicians and interested public.
