Fostering population’s active participation
EUR-OPA is focusing its attention on a few priority fields of action for 2016-2020. These priorities are in line with the UN Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015. These include : "fostering population’s active participation (as individuals and as community) to DRR”.
