On 23 November 2023, the Office of the Government Agent of the Czech Republic, in its capacity of representative of the Czech Republic in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights, the European Committee on Social Rights and the UN Human Rights Committees, organised a Conference, under the auspices of the President Mr. Petr Pavel, in Prague.
Among other speakers, Henrik Kristensen, Deputy Executive Secretary of the European Committee of Social Rights intervened on the implementation of the obligations of the Czech Republic as a State Party to the European Social Charter, in the context of the role of international bodies in the process of implementation of human rights obligations.
