Today, the European Committee of Social Rights held an exchange of view with Gerard QUINN, UN Special Rapporteur on the rights of persons with disabilities.
The exchange focused on his work as a UN Special Rapporteur and the Committee’s own work on the rights of persons with disabilities, for example as reflected in the recent decision in European Disability Forum (EDF) and Inclusion Europe v. France, Complaint No. 168/2018.
