Pending complaints
The complaint was registered on 30 May 2023. It relates to Article 6§4 (the right to bargain collectively) of the Charter. The complainant organisation alleges that the total prohibition against the right to strike of Police members is not a restriction strictly necessary to ensure public safety and amounts to a violation of their right to take collective action under Article 6§4 of the Charter.
