Social Rights

The European Committee of Social Rights is holding its 335th session from 3 to 7 July 2023, in Strasbourg. 

The Committee will examine state reports* and also deliberate on a number of collective complaints.

Among other issues to be dealt with during the session, the Committee will hold an exchange of views with Gerard Quinn, UN Special Rapporteur on the rights of persons with disabilities (online) as well as a bilateral meeting with a delegation from Ukraine, notably to discuss the preparation of the new Ukrainian Social Code. On 6 July in the afternoon, the Committee members will attend the event to mark the 25th anniversary of the collective complaints procedure.
