The Committee of Ministers has adopted the following resolutions on 22 February 2023 at the 1457th meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies:
• Resolution CM/ResChS(2023)1, concerning the follow-up of the decision on the merits adopted on 19 October 2022 by the European Committee on Social Rights in the case Confederazione Generale Sindacale (CGS) and Federazione dei Lavoratori Pubblici e Funzioni pubbliche (FLP) v. Italy, Complaint No. 161/2018, thus making public the decision on the merits.
• Resolution CM/ResChS(2023)2, concerning the follow-up of the decision on the merits adopted on 19 October 2022 by the European Committee on Social Rights in the case Associazione nazionale sindacato professionisti sanitari della funzione infermieristica - Nursing Up v. Italy, Complaint No. 169/2018, thus making public the decision on the merits.
