Today, the European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR) is holding a bilateral meeting with a delegation from the Finnish Government at the latter’s request.
The main topic of the meeting will be the Committee’s recent decision in Finnish Society of Social Rights v. Finland, Complaint No. 172/2018 in particular and the Committee’s assessment method in respect of social benefit levels under Articles 12§1 and 13§1 in general.
