Pending complaints
The complaint was registered on 9 July 2018. It relates to Articles 5 (right to organise), 6§2 (right to bargain collectively) 21 (right to information and consultation), 22 (right to take part in the determination and improvement of the working conditions and working environment) and E (non-discrimination) of the Revised European Social Charter. The complainant organisation, Nursing Up, alleges that, pursuant to the Italian Law decree No. 165/2001 and the labour collective agreement of 21 May 2018, representative trade unions have been excluded from any subsequent participation in collective bargaining because of their refusal to sign such agreement, in violation of the above mentioned provisions of the Charter.
