Back No. 118/2015 Confédération Générale du Travail Force Ouvrière (CGT-FO) v. France

The complaint was registered on 29 April 2015 and relates to Article 6 (the right to bargain collectively) of the Revised European Social Charter. CGT-FO alleges that the conditions imposed by the French legislation on supplementary social protection of employees and more specifically on the choice of an insuring body do not comply with Article 6§2 of the European Social Charter.
