The deadlines for EYF supported pilot activities starting in 2025 are:

• 1 December 2024
• 1 February 2025
• 15 May 2025
• 1 September 2025

All the projects must start in 2025. Project must start at least 3 months after the deadline. 

These deadlines do not concern the EYF Special call in support of young people from Ukraine. For this special call, applications are received on a rolling basis. For more information, check the special call webpage. 

As a reminder, only local and national youth organisations can apply for pilot activity grants. If an interested organisation is not yet registered with the EYF, please register as soon as possible.
