OTHER CRITERIA?
Applications must contribute to the Council of Europe priorities for 2018-2019.
For national NGOs: partner organisations must be involved in the preparation, implementation and follow up of activities. Sending participants is not sufficient. Ideally, they should also be part of the organising team. Partnership should be based on common values, interest in theme etc.
