The Council of Europe will be closed from 21 December 2023 midday to 1 January 2024 included. The EYF will be closed in the same period. 

We will not respond through the EYF helpdesk (the Comments section in the online granting system) in this period. All comments will be swiftly answered as of 2 January 2024.
